No prior configuration: an invoice from a new supplier is processed from the very first line, and every correction refines the model for that issuer.
The extracted data is structured, normalised and validated (ex. VAT / VAT / incl. VAT consistency, duplicate detection via SHA-256 fingerprint), then pushed to your IT system: ERP, accounting, DMS or BI, through a documented REST API, signed webhooks and native connectors (Sage, Cegid, Pennylane, EBP, SAP). Each document thus becomes a usable asset rather than a dormant file.
On a sovereign platform hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant by design. The document itself is not stored: analysis runs in memory, with immediate purge. AES-256 encryption, SSO SAML / OIDC + MFA, granular RBAC and a complete audit trail — sovereignty is an architectural principle, not an option.
